
Volunteers are our ‘Hands of Hope’ reaching those who are reaching out to us for help.
There are many ways that our volunteers can make a difference.
- Volunteers can sort through donations
- Provide lunch for Staff and volunteer
- Provide a meal for classes
- Clean office
- Plan a fundraiser- Churches, youth groups, clubs, individuals can find ways to raise money for A Door of Hope. Car Wash, Sell dinners, Bake Sale, Garage Sale, Fashion Show, Baby Contest, Pet Contest. Host a baby shower, make gift bags, Be creative!
- Help with Events- Making phone calls, work an information table at a church, event or business, road blockers (5k), intercessors, serving food, decorations, crafts, etc.
- 5K Run 4 Hope
- Chef Showcase & Silent Auction-Power of Hope Banquet
- Daughter's of Destiny Women's Conference
- Camp Hope for girls 13-17 years old
- Become a trained counselor (Don't worry...we provide the training)
- Graphic Design and social media assistance
